Breakfast
Fresh bread and croissants can be brought to your apartment or you can find a larger variety of fruits, yogurts, toast and cereals in the outside kitchen as and when your family surfaces. Your apartment has a kettle and all you need for a cup of tea or pot of coffee and we can keep you supplied with fresh milk.
Lunches
Depending on how the mood strikes, a selection of salads, hams or something more substantial off the griddle. In the outside kitchen from 1.30pm
Children’s Teas
Fun food after a busy day. Kids love to eat together and you can save all the hassle of preparing something different and the need to clean up afterwards! A set menu of familiar meals and you are welcome to join the party. Please ask for a sample menu or let us know their favourites.
Evening Tapas
If you can’t summon the energy to go out or cook, then stick around and enjoy the evening with morsels of Spanish traditional tapas. Please ask if you would like us to prepare something for you
Lunchtime Paella
A late Sunday lunch is a Valencian tradition and the paella cooked outside is a ritual that is enjoyed across the region. Join us and let the afternoon pass in the shade of the outside kitchen.
Evening Barbeque
Jalon is a centre for charcuterie and fine meats. Barbecues evenings offer a mix of dishes for all tastes from shell fish, salads to local specialities. Outside eating and drinking into the night during warm evenings offers a cool repose after the heat of the day.
Family Dinners
If you want to be served dinner in more intimate surroundings, dinner can be brought to your apartment so you can eat and enjoy the evening together on your outside terrace or inside.
